What happens after registration?
Winter Clinics- Begin in January and are open to all registered, age-appropriate players.
You will be contacted by your Team Manager (Head Coach) about reporting day and time after registration closes.
For 2026, we are not holding players evaluations due to poor attendance in the past.
Manager Selection- We will also begin selecting our Team Managers during this time as we see how many teams we will have for the upcoming season. If you are interested in being a Team Manager (Head Coach) or assist in Coaching a team, please let me know ASAP if you have not done so already. All Team Managers are selected by the League President and will be approved by the Colonial Little League Board of Directors at the March Board meeting. All Managers and Coaches need to register as such online on our website and have a mandatory background check completed annually.
The Player draft is normally done by mid-March with a Coaches meeting to follow shortly after. Practices will begin after the draft and as soon as the weather allows.
